WATER TERRORISM TASK FORCE
CHANGING THE PERCEPTION OF DOMESTIC TERRORISM

The Water Terrorism Task Force (WTTF) is a partnership between water protectors, individuals, and private organizations that are charged with taking action against water terrorism, which includes water exploitation, intimidation tactics, and corporate propaganda to threaten community water sources.
WTTF in conjunction with the River Healers produce water terrorist lists to portray how regional violence and domestic terrorism functions through corporate sponsored dispossession of community, tribal, state, and national water security.
Through locating, investigating, and exposing water terrorists, the WTTF coordinates a registry that accurately portrays corporate and state sponsored terrorism so individuals and communities can rise in a respectful, accountable, and true water democracy.

UNDERSTANDING CORPORATE DOMESTIC TERRORISM IN 2018
Our placement in a corporate controlled water state was designed through policy. Two acts signed and passed in to law by the 43rd President George W Bush, allowed the perception and qualification of terrorism to be written to benefit free market capitalism, corporate economy, and the current United States energy market that threatens the safety of our rivers and human water security.

The Patriot Act and the Terrorism Risk Insurance Act loosely framed individuals opposed to the violence of America's Economy as potential enemies of American Freedom. The Patriot Act opened constitutional restrictions to allow the FBI and Joint Terrorism Task Force to surveillance and share information on civilians. The TRIA established a very loose definition of domestic terrorism that allows corporations to consider those opposed to their business conduct as economic terrorists, giving a corporate loophole for financial loss to be covered through terrorism insurance claims. These two acts made it a business incentive to classify water protectors as terrorists, while making it clear that the the FBI and JTTF would work to monitor and inform corporations about any adversaries to their company.
